Guru Becky Shepard
Guru Becky started training with Guru Jim in the recreation centers in Cleveland, Ohio where Guru Jim was
teaching at the time. After achieving her Black Belt Guru Becky continued to train with Guru Jim for a few
years. Guru Becky left Guru Jim's school after 5 years of training.

Guru Brian Siemon
Guru Brian began training with Guru Jim in the recreation centers in Cleveland, Ohio where Guru Jim was
teaching at the time. After achieving his Black Belt Guru Brain continued to train with Guru Jim for a few years.
Guru Brian left Guru Jim's School after 6 years of training.

Guru Robin began his training in 1993 and continued his
training for 5 five years. Guru Robin isn't only a highly skilled
martial artist, he's also highly trained Police Officer for the City
of Cleveland, Ohio. Guru Robin came to the MFA Academy
the same as most, just wanting to know how to better defend
himself and his family. Guru Robin has only brought honor to
the MFA Academy since he has left the Academy to peruse
his own path. Even though he no longer trains at the MFA
Academy, he is still a very active member in the academy.

Guru Carl has been doing martial arts since the 1970's
studying with various instructors. Guru Carl has even study in
seminars with Dan Inosanto in the 1970's. Guru Carl has
studied Tai Chi, Pencak Silat Pertempuran, and many other
arts before finding a home at the MFA Academy. After
studying in Topeka, Kansas in the art of Modern Arnis Guru
Carl found the MFA Academy's web site and came for a look.
Over years later he now holds the rank of Guru (Teacher). I'm
sure that Guru Carl will make a great Guru of the Malay

GB Wayne has been study the Malay Fighting Arts for over 2
years and has excelled in it's practice. GB Wayne has always
wanted to practice a martial art since childhood but the lack of
martial arts available to him in his area of Kansas was very
limited. That's until a friend that was studying at the Malay
Fighting Arts Academy brought him in to watch a class and he
was hooked. GB Wayne went from hoping just to understand
the system to the rank of Guru Baharu (New Teacher) and
has enter training to be a Guru of the Malay Fighting Arts.
